The Imaginarium Early Learning Team
"It is the supreme art of the teacher to awaken joy in creative expression and knowledge". - Albert Einstein
Our educators are warm and caring and make children feel welcome and cared about from their first day at our centre to their last. They understand that it is hard to leave your child in the hands of others and want you to know that they will give your child love, compassion, attention and understanding while they are at the centre.
The exceptional Educators at Imaginarium Early Learning have hobbies, skills and talents outside of their educator role, and they enjoy sharing these with the children. These include music, dance, different languages, interest in science, sport or art.
Educators like to help children form their first friendships offering encouragement and teaching social skills to ensure that everyone feels wanted and included.
Our educators draw upon their qualifications, experience and knowledge to encourage curiosity, creativity, innovation and invention to help unlock the amazing learning potential of each child. They provide education and activities children need to develop, grow and learn while having fun. They can also provide help with ‘picky’ eating, toilet training and encourage developing skills and abilities to make children more independent- all at each child's individual pace and in partnership with you.
Our educators love and value children. They know how to make children feel safe, secure and like they belong. The children respond to this and it enhances their development in the long and short term. Our educators are also advocates for children's rights and allow children's voices to be heard.
Our educators also value you, the parents and listen to you as well as keep you informed so that they can work with you to achieve the best outcomes for your child.
Of course, all educators hold a Blue Card, have the required academic qualifications, and have completed first aid, CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis and Child Protection training. Further, they are knowledgeable, highly skilled and committed to ensuring their practices exceed those defined in the National Quality Standard (NQS). On top of all of this, our educators are always expanding their already impressive skill sets with professional development courses.
